Dr. Banu Kocaağa, Post-doc (Kurkcuoglu Levitas Lab and Polymer Research Laboratories): She is expert in developing controlled drug delivery systems based on pectin hydrogels and nanoparticles. She uses numerous wet-lab and in-silico methods.
Merve Yüce, PhD Student: She investigates potential allosteric binding sites on proteins and their complexes using molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations. She investigates functional dynamics of bacterial ribosome, pyruvate kinase and main protease of SARS-CoV 2.

Tuğçe İnan, PhD Student: She uses elastic network models and residue network models to propose potential allosteric sites that can be evaluated for drug design. She employs molecular dynamics simulations to investigate structure-function relationship of proteins, such as CXCRs, glycolytic enzymes and main protease of SARS-CoV 2. She has also expertise in molecular imprinting using in vitro and in silico methods.

Ö. Zeynep Güner Yılmaz, PhD Student: She develops a computationally efficient method that can be used in docking and simulations of supramolecules. She has also expertise in developing drug delivery systems using in vitro and in silico methods.

Beril Ateş, MSc Student: She uses molecular docking and molecular dynamics calculations to develop species-specific drugs to inhibit pathogen related diseases.
