Current members

Merve Yüce, PhD Student: She investigates potential allosteric binding sites on proteins and their complexes using molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations. She investigates functional dynamics of bacterial ribosome, pyruvate kinase and main protease of SARS-CoV 2.

Ö. Zeynep Güner Yılmaz, PhD Student: She develops a computationally efficient method that can be used in docking and simulations of supramolecules. She has also expertise in developing drug delivery systems using in vitro and in silico methods.

Beril Ateş, MSc Student: She uses molecular docking and molecular dynamics calculations to develop species-specific drugs to inhibit pathogen related diseases.
