This paper firstly gives a brief introduction to parameters
that affect energy consumption of a railway system. Secondly, some related
previous studies carried out by the authors will be summarized, and energy
wise driving of trains and its effect on the power consumption will be
examined with the help of a DC rail system simulation program. |
