Researcher Ph.D. Student at EE Fac. of ITU, Istanbul, Turkey
February 2017 - June 2024

In February 2017, I joined PhD. program in the field of mixed signal Analog ICs at EE Fac. of ITU in Turkey. From February 2017 up to December 2018, I, as a researcher PhD. student, have worked in a High Speed ADC project, promoted by TUBITAK. Moreover, I am a PhD. scholarship student of Council of Higher Education, in the Republic of Turkey, 100/2000 Doctoral Scholarship Program since September 2017. Meanwhile I work as an analog IC designer at MKR-IC, Turkey. My expertise fields are high speed AD-DA conversion, mixed signal analog ICs and high precision power management ICs. I hold two best student paper awards at IEEJ 2008, and 11th International ELECO 2019.

Regarding the partial fulfillment of the Ph.D. qualification in the Republic of Turkey, sor far, I have completed 7 academic classes, listed below, in accordance with the Electronic Engineering Ph.D. program at Istanbul Technical University:
