Researcher Says, I was born in Mersin (Turkey) in 1985. In 2004 I started studying on Chemistry at Trakya University, Edirne. During my study I participated ISO 2001 (International Organization for Standardization), and took certificates for this participation. Also I showed extra interest in organic and polymer chemistry. I worked on esterifications reactions and action mecanism of liver disease drugs as a graduated project under guidance Assoc. Prof. Ferhat Karabulut. In 2009, after graduated from Trakya University, I was accepted to Istanbul Technical University as M.Sc. student. Since autumn 2009 I have worked at Prof. Niyazi Bicak's lab on Istanbul Technical University. I have mainly focused functional hairy polymers. I like singing and enjoy playing chess. Research Area: Controlled/living polymerization techniques, photopolymerization, and synthesis of functional hairy polymers.
