I was born in Sanliurfa-TURKIYE in 1967. I have B. Sc. degree in Agricultural Engineering in 1993 and M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering in 1995. I had Ph.D. degree at Environmental Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University, in 2001. I have completed a-year-post doctorate studies in University of Newcastle, UK in 2004. 

I am married and have 2 sons.
