Berrak Teymur

Berrak Teymur graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a BSc in Civil Engineering in 1997 and has finished her PhD in geotechnical engineering at University of Cambridge. Berrak carried out PhD with Dr.Madabhushi on the significance of boundary conditions in dynamic centrifuge modelling. This work involves using the Equivalent Shear Beam (ESB) box and the SAM earthquake actuator to test horizontal sand layer models on the beam centrifuge.
She is now working at Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Civil Engineering.
