This work is a part of a project titled ‘Development of MEDA Countries after the Barcelona Process’ and is directed by Prof. F. Prausello (Genoa University, Italy). The project is supported by the Jean Monnet Action and Transnational Research Group "Sustainable Development and Adjustment in the MEDA Countries Following the EU Enlargement". Completed.
