The Power and Motion Control Lab (PMCL) is recently renovated by Istanbul Technical University Administration and fully equipped by the generous donation of Rockwell Automation

The main focus of the PMCL is to train students with cutting-edge industrial technologies and conduct research with various industrial applications. PCML has 12 sets of Allen-Bradley PLC training sets and 5 Motion Control Rigs.

Training sets have PLCs with redundancy and safety features and also include induction motor and servo motor drivers.

Laboratory also posses Power Control Bench designed by our team using Rockwell Automation Devices for power control research & training.

In addition, a direct drive demo set and a delta robot set with double conveyor bands are installed for robotic application training

There are several industrial process demo sets in the laboratory including tank level systems and high temperature furnaces
