Sadri Özcan received his B.Sc. degree from Istanbul Technical University in 1971, MSc., and Ph.D. degrees from Institute of Science and Technology of Istanbul Technical University in 1974 and 1989, respectively.
In 1973 he joined as research assistant to the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department of Electrical and Electronics Faculty of Istanbul Technical University. In 1993 he attained to associate professor in the same department. In 2003 he promoted to professor. He teaches Electronic Devices and Components, Analog Electronics, Digital Electronics .
His research interests include the active filters, nonlinear distortion in electronic circuits, design of electronic systems, design of analog IC topologies. He has many publications in various scientific journals, and conference proceedings.
