Sezer Memis received the B.Sc. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Sakarya University, Turkey, in 2019, and the M.Sc. degree in defense technologies from Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Turkey, in 2023, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in defense technologies with the Aviation Institute.,Since 2021, he has been a Research and Teaching Assistant with the ITU Aviation Institute and a Researcher with the Avionics Research Group, ITU Aerospace Research Center (ITU ARC). His research interests include model-based design, high-level synthesis, field programmable gate arrays, and UAVs.
