OR - Inclusive Logical OR

        Usage:  OR      dest,src
        Modifies flags: CF OF PF SF ZF (AF undefined)

        Logical inclusive OR of the two operands returning the result in
        the destination.  Any bit set in either operand will be set in the
        destination.
