I received my PhD in Mathematics from METU where I studied under the supervision of Yıldıray Ozan.
My PhD studies focused on Symplectic Geometry. In particular, I worked on algebraic properties of symplectic diffeomorphism groups.
Recently I am working on invariants of Knot Theory. I am studying the signatures of colored links as part of an ongoing project funded by TÜBİTAK.
