Tuğçe Bilen

Dr. Tuğçe Bilen is an Assistant Professor at the Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering Department, Istanbul Technical University. Her research areas include 6G, Knowledge Defined Networks (KDN), Aeronautical Ad-Hoc Networks, Software-Defined Networking, and 5G networks. Beyond academia, she actively contributes to industrial projects focused on innovative technology development and implementation.
