Turkish National Team

Neymar scored a brace and set up another goal as Brazil recorded an easy 4-0 victory over Turkey on Wednesday in an international friendly at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul.

Serving as team captain, Neymar netted the opener in the 20th minute after latching on to a long pass from Fernandinho. The Barcelona man then set up Brazil's third goal late in the first half before rounding out the win with his second Brazil's fourth on the hour mark.

Willian was the other goalscorer for Brazil, while Turkey's Semih Kaya put into his own net for Brazil's second in the 24th minute.

Having gone out of the World Cup last summer in disappointing circumstances, Brazil have now recorded five straight clean sheets under coach Dunga. While that won't erase the memories of the 7-1 loss to Germany on home soil in the semi-finals, the five-time world champions can take positives from both their attacking and defending against Turkey.

The hosts, meanwhile, continue to disappoint, having claimed only one point through their first three matches in Euro 2016 qualifying. Up next for Turkey who currently prop up the Group A table is a key qualifier at home to Kazakhstan on Saturday.

Dunga mixed star power with new faces in his starting XI, handing Luiz Adriano his first cap at the front of the Selecao's formation alongside captain Neymar. Also starting were Chelsea stars Oscar and Willian alongside PSG defender David Luiz.

FOOTBALL

Association football, more commonly known as football or soccer,is a sport played between two teams of eleven players with a spherical ball. It is played by 250 million players in over 200 countries, making it the world's most popular sport. The game is played on a rectangular field with a goal at each end.The object of the game is to score by getting the ball into the opposing goal.

The goalkeepers are the only players allowed to touch the ball with their hands or arms while it is in play and then only in their penalty area. Outfield players mostly use their feet to strike or pass the ball, but may use their head or torso to strike the ball instead. The team that scores the most goals by the end of the match wins. If the score is level at the end of the game, either a draw is declared or the game goes into extra time and/or a penalty shootout depending on the format of the competition. The Laws of the Game were originally codified in England by The Football Association in 1863. Association football is governed internationally by the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA; French: Federation Internationale de Football Association) which organises a World Cup every four years.

Manchester City

Manchester City Football Club is a Premier League football club in Manchester, England. Founded in 1880 as St. Mark's (West Gorton), they became Ardwick Association Football Club in 1887 and Manchester City in 1894.

The club has played at the City of Manchester Stadium since 2003, having played at Maine Road from 1923. The club's most successful period was in the late 1960s and early 1970s when they won the League Championship, FA Cup, League Cup and European Cup Winners' Cup under the management team of Joe Mercer and Malcolm Allison.

After losing the 1981 FA Cup Final, the club went through a period of decline, culminating in relegation to the third tier of English football for the only time in their history in 1998. Having regained Premier League status, the club was purchased in 2008 by Abu Dhabi United Group and has become one of the wealthiest in the world.

In 2011, Manchester City qualified for the UEFA Champions League and won the FA Cup. The following year, they won the Premier League, their first league title for 44 years. In 2014, they won the League Cup and a second Premier League title.

BASKETBALL

Basketball is a sport played by two teams of five players on a rectangular court. The objective is to shoot a ball through a hoop 18 inches (46 cm) in diameter and 10 feet (3.0 m) high mounted to a backboard at each end. Basketball is one of the world's most popular and widely viewed sports.

A team can score a field goal by shooting the ball through the basket during regular play. A field goal scores two points for the shooting team if a player is touching or closer to the basket than the three-point line, and three points (known commonly as a 3 pointer or three) if the player is behind the three-point line. The team with the most points at the end of the game wins, but additional time (overtime) may be issued when the game ends with a draw. The ball can be advanced on the court by bouncing it while walking or running or throwing it to a team mate. It is a violation to move without dribbling the ball, to carry it, or to hold the ball with both hands then resume dribbling.

RUNNING

Running is a method of terrestrial locomotion allowing humans and other animals to move rapidly on foot. Running is a type of gait characterized by an aerial phase in which all feet are above the ground (though there are exceptions). This is in contrast to walking, where one foot is always in contact with the ground, the legs are kept mostly straight and the center of gravity vaults over the stance leg or legs in an inverted pendulum fashion. A characteristic feature of a running body from the viewpoint of spring-mass mechanics is that changes in kinetic and potential energy within a stride occur simultaneously, with energy storage accomplished by springy tendons and passive muscle elasticity. The term running can refer to any of a variety of speeds ranging from jogging to sprinting.

TENNIS

Tennis is a racquet sport that can be played individually against a single opponent (singles) or between two teams of two players each (doubles). Each player uses a racquet that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent's court. The object of the game is to play the ball in such a way that the opponent is not able to play a good return. The opponent who is unable to return the ball will not gain a point, while the opposite opponent will.
