All conference attendees must register. Personal badges will be provided to identify registered participants.

All registered participants will receive admission to the welcome reception and one set of the conference proceedings in CD-ROM format. Member and Non-Member registration also includes lunches and coffee services during the symposium. Registration fees are shown in table below. Registrants who are members of IEEE may register at the Member rate. Reduced Rates are only applicable to the students and the retirees.

One regular registration fee at the advance registration rates must be paid by one of the authors before uploading the final version of the paper for inclusion in the conference.

On-line registration is strongly encouraged, and is available through the symposium web site, The IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society Conference Management System after the notification of acceptance.
