SHR - Shift Logical Right

        Usage:  SHR     dest,count
        Modifies flags: CF OF PF SF ZF (AF undefined)

        Shifts the destination right by count bits with zeroes shifted
        in on the left.  The Carry Flag contains the last bit shifted out.
