POPF/POPFD - Pop Flags off Stack

        Usage:  POPF
                POPFD  (386+)
        Modifies flags: all flags

        Pops word/doubleword from stack into the Flags Register and then
        increments SP by 2 (for POPF) or 4 (for POPFD).
